We are a small independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in North Oxford, established to provide accounting & tax services to UK resident individuals and small businesses.

We understand that each client has different requirements and faces different challenges. By getting to know our clients and their businesses well we provide personalised accountancy support of the highest quality with the flexibility to adapt to our clients changing requirements and circumstances.
We specialise in individuals and small businesses. Many of our clients are both. We support freelancers, sole traders, startups and limited companies. Our approach is personal and friendly and we only take on clients with whom we can forge the relationship to make that possible. We understand that for small business entities, you will want to know your accountant is always there for you and we want that too.
For ongoing work we charge on an annual fee basis. This covers all your compliance needs for 12 months and related advice for that period. This can either be paid annually or spread over the year. Sometimes clients require more specialist one-off advisory work; for this we will quote separately and charge on an hourly basis.
Parity was set up by Emma Veelenturf FCA in 2016 to offer Personal and Business Tax services and full accountancy services to individuals and small business (unincorporated and limited companies). Emma trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC before transferring to an investment bank in the City where she was Head of Taxation. Emma was made a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) in 2016, holds a Practising Certificate from the ICAEW and is a member of their Practice Assurance Scheme. She is an Accredited Partner and Certified Advisor of the cloud software company Xero.
